Minotauro, part of Sistema MINOTAURO
Minotauro was a very interesting cave with a variety of textures. Decorated sections were followed by breakdown sections followed by phreatic sections followed by more of the same.
The Mainline kind of turned around on itself, so it can be considered both upstream and downstream. Max depth was 50-55ft and average about 30 ft. There is a halocline.
The most interesting parts of the cave for me were the "Sandwich Restriction" that is a jump off the Mainline, the formation that our guide called the "Arch" and the coolest formation ever that I called the "Pancake". See below.
